Duke Delcher began his real estate career in Southern New Jersey in 1985, building a strong foundation through hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the business. After establishing a highly successful brokerage in New Jersey, Duke was invited to join the Belfair Development Group, where he played an integral role in the launch of one of Bluffton’s most celebrated private communities. His passion for development led him to work with several of the Lowcountry’s premier communities, including Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, and Hampton Lake, further refining his expertise in both lifestyle-driven real estate and high-level community positioning.
Following his years in development, Duke returned to general brokerage to focus on what he values most, working directly with clients. In partnership with his wife, Linda Delcher, he has built a respected real estate practice serving Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and the greater Lowcountry. Since aligning with Charter One Realty in 2013, Duke and Linda have consistently ranked among the top 2% of REALTORS® in the region, a reflection of their trusted reputation and long-term client relationships.
In addition to his real estate career, Duke has enjoyed an accomplished competitive golf career at the highest levels. He represented the United States on the 1997 Walker Cup Team, competed across six decades in USGA and international championships, and played in the U.S. Open. The discipline, focus, and competitive drive that shaped his success in golf are the same qualities he brings to every client relationship.
Originally from Philadelphia, Duke has long held a passion for sports, including golf, football, and horse racing. His commitment to the community is reflected in his service on the Heritage Foundation Board of Trustees and as co-founder of the Players Amateur Golf Tournament.
